CVSC has a hard membership cap. Members who do not renew by December 20, 2023 at 07:30 PM will not be members in 2024. There is no grace period, as existing members have a two and a half month period to renew. New members will be randomly selected the evening of December 20, 2023 to fill the membership vacancies
